1. What's the MOQ?
-- Our MOQ of each item is 1pc.
2. Can i change the cords(strings) inside of ball?
-- Yes, sure, and we are now having red, orange, yellow, green, blue, black, white available
3. May I have my own logo or design for the products?
-- Yes, we do can help to print your logo on, if you need, pls kindly send me your logo, and we will try to find out a best printing method for you!
4. What about the quality control?
-- As providing the best quality products to our clients is our aim, this step is very important to our business, our QC will check one by one to comfirm every detail of the products is perfect.
5. How about the package?
-- Each ball will be packed into two packing balls, PVC bag inside, and woven bag outside for further protection!
6. How can i make the payment?
-- You can choose to pay by T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram or Paypal, 50% in advance before production, the balance before shipping(after you receive the pictures of the goods).
7. How do I clean it?
-- Just use soap and water. Do not use any kind of solvents.
How to repair it?
A. Find out exactly where the leak is.
Fill a spray bottle with a mixture of soap and water and spray it liberally on the Roller along the seams.
You will notice that the solution starts to bubble up where the leak is located, and then so take note of the position of the hole.
B.Prepare the hole for patching.
Dry the seam off and make sure that it is completely deflated before attempting to patch the seam. If you have the patch kit that came with the Roller , you can use the prep solution to thoroughly clean the rubber before proceeding. Rubbing alcohol also works.
C. Apply plumber's goop liberally to the seam and let it dry for about 15minutes.
If possible, apply some goop to the inside of the seam as well, so that it spreads out and gives an extra layer of protection when the Roller pressurizes.
D.Fill the Roller about halfway with air and wait another 30minutes or so to make sure that the goop has dried completely.
E. Inflate the water roller completely and spray it again with the soap and water mixture to make sure that the hole is indeed fixed.
