1. We provide 1 year warranty for our inflatable pool, and supply reapair cloth,valves and glue for free during this period
2. The goods can be returned or we can send you a new one if there is some terrible product issues when you receive the goods

1. What's the MOQ?
-- Our MOQ of each item is 1pc.
2. May I get a sample?
-- Yes, we can provide you with the sample and our MOQ is only 1pc.
3. May I have my own logo or design for the products?
-- Yes, we can print your logos on, once you decide with a logo printing, pls feel free to send your logo to us and we will find a best printing method for you!
4. What about the quality control?
-- As providing the best quality products to our clients is our aim, this step is very important to our business, our QC will check one by one to comfirm every detail of the products is perfect.
5. How about the package?
-- We will use double packing bags for the inflatable pool, one PVC bag inside and one woven bag for further production during shipping time
6. How can i make the payment?
-- You can choose to pay by T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram or Paypal, 50% in advance before production, the balance before shipping(after you receive the pictures of the goods).
