The history of our company:

Beijing Silk Road Enterprise Management Services Co.,LTD was founded in 2007 which has more than 8 years experiences in producing inflatable products. We are developing and finding a best way to make our products better and better. We are from different cities, but we are coming together for a dream!  And we have the professional designers and workers working with more than 13 years experience in this area.

In 2007, We are working as a co-packer in producing inflatable products.

In 2009, we are focus on the domestic market in China, and we are cooperating with some big companies here in China and gaining a good reputation in our business, especially in the air-sealed water games products.

In 2011, we were introducing and trying new producton methods to producing our products, our bubble balls and other water games products are glowing more and more popular.

In 2013, we built up our foreign trade business department, we are trying to search the opportunities and working with the clients from all over the word by providing them with our new style and best-selling products, revenue exceeded $300000 all the year round.

Since 2014, we invested over $100000 in improving all our equipments, we have been working in Alibaba, we sold our balls to all over the word which had very excellent feedbacks from our clients and we gained a very excellent cleints based from that time.

Enquiry service and discussion:

Pre-production service:

1. Designs of your order will be sent to you for confirm before production.

2.  Any goods changed or products improvement can only be done after getting the permission of the clients.

After-production service:

1. Goods pictures should be sent to the clients for the final confirmation before shipping.

2. Prepare all the documents for the goods to make sure the smooth transpotation.

3. a. ocean shipping: All the documents should be shipped to the clients' address before the goods arrive in the seaport.

    b. Express shipping: The Express tracking numbers should be provided to the clients for tracking the goods after shipping.

After-sales service:

1. We provide 1 year warranty for our goods, and supply reapair cloth,valves and glue for free during this period

2. The goods can be returned or we can send you a new one if there is some terrible product issues when you receive the goods
